I installed this with Bash and I really like it until I started having problems (which went away after I uninstalled it). The camera would jump up and down every time I moved the mouse. It was just a slight jump but enough to make the game unplayable in first person. It wasn't linked to use of the bow but it did start after the first time I used a bow.

I'm having the same issue as others no crosshair changes. I'm not using any UI replacers loaded mod last in load order and made sure to archive invalidate and my textures are set to large.

Just a heads up if you are interested.

    Thanks

Crosshair is included in the download section. Should be called "Simple Archery - Reticle Replacer (Textures)", or you can just download the "full" main file unless you're just after the textures.

I assume you mean that the reticle doesn't show up? I didn't do any low quality textures (small) so it likely won't work if your graphics settings aren't set to medium or large. Otherwise it may be an issue with the menu.xml file that I'll have to look into. Check your texture settings and let me know if that fixes it or not.

Hey, I tried out this mod and I am really loving it! However, the reticle texture replacer does not seem to work. I tried both the main and optional file and neither worked as I still have the vanilla reticle but the other mods are functioning well.

If you are using a UI mod it may be conflicting. If you are not using a UI mod, you may have an issue with ArchiveInvalidation.

If you have a UI mod installed then try loading/installing my textures after it. Otherwise, you'll want to look into ArchiveInvalidation guides.

Thanks for the info. If I find anything that is causing it, I will leave an update.

Is this compatible with darnified UI?

I have no idea, Darnified UI hadn't appealed to me so I didn't check. It may work but you may need to look into a little making some adjustments manually in the xml to position the reticle if DarnifiedUI doesn't fix it. Otherwise, the plugin (esp) file should work just fine with DarnifiedUI and I'd imagine that the textures should too so long as they haven't been changed.

    Hey really great mod!
Quick question....Can you tell me what gloves are you using, is it a mod or you just increased your FOV?

Just using the DMRA Guts replacer armor, would be the leather gloves I think that you get during the prison tutorial, that or fur gloves. Likely something to do with my FOV I'm sure.

Simple but effective mod, does what it's supposed to do and nothing more. Good work, will use this on my next playthrough

Thanks, was indeed the aim of the mod. Been using it for a bit now and everything works rather nicely. I was a little concerned at how light the reticle is but I haven't had any issues with it and it works really well with ENB mods that decrease lighting (less obstructive).
