   This mod gave me perma cloudy weather and rainstorms...reverted to the disabling the storms entirely from the other mod, sorry

      So it sounds like one of the downsides to that other mod is that it also removes the oblivion storm weather inside the oblivion plane as well. (At least according to the last comments made on the other mod.) I don't want to remove the oblivion weather inside the gates, just the weather outside the gates. (Cloudyness around the gates seems like a good compromise to me. I use to dread moving past an oblivion gate, because it would cause the ugly red weather to show up for a while.)
