   IMPORTANT: The issue with the 'missing landscape' that occurs with the original Qarl's Landscape can't be fixed by these patches alone.
   
   But its source has been identified, and can be fixed by installing Engine Bug Fixes - https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/47085/

   NOTE: The Better Cities patches now provide a fix for both Better Cities 5.5.3 and 6.0+ as of 8 Aug 2015.

   I'm having trouble figuring out which BC plugin to choose. Is the 'Full BC' plugin just a combination of the Open and Closed BC plugins?
