FYI.....I've updated the compatibility patches on the files tab. The patches were updated to be current with v2.0 of Unique Landscapes Silverfish River Valley and/or the Unique Landscapes Compilation. The UL related patches are the same patches already available in the UL Patch Compilation. If you already have them from the compilation, there is really no need to download from here also. I just wanted to be sure the files here were up to date.

Also, I compiled all of the patches into a single download, with a read-me which contains detailed load order instructions.

There were no other changes made.

Nice little town. Sadly it conflicts with Fort Riverwatch which I believe is added by Oblivion Adventurers Guild.

      Wow, thanks.

Based on what I am seeing on Reddit and YouTube, I think Oblivion might be re-surging in popularity and modding is almost necessary for a lot of us who used to love it but feel the base game has not aged well. It is great to see that a bunch of y'all modders are still active for those of us jumping into modded Oblivion for the first time.

I would GUESS that something is corrupted or missing in one of the downloads or installations. Try replacing your SOC RP installation first.

That's a good suggestion. Crash on launch typically indicates a missing required file. All of the SOC plugins require only SettlementsOfCyrodiil.esm. If that is installed and present in your load order, then you have another issue. Did you install any compatibility patches for Settlements of Cyrodiil? If so, verify that the mods being patched to work with SOC are also present.

excellent, also a suggestion, could you add guards to defend town ? (legion or cheydinall guards, even mercenaries) one or two, maybe three

This town is defenseless and it in middle of nowhere with hostile wildlife. ( also, little error from me I stolen a horse, the hidden elf in the cabin should have 0 responsibility, they dont care about outside world)

I hope you will make one or two quest one day and it will be equivalent to arthmoor vilages.

Great work on all your mods and very much appreciated. Just as a technical note, this particular mod is currently missing the "Notice" telling folks they need your resources pack at the point of download. Again, thanks for all your great modding!

Not sure what you mean. It's clearly listed in bright orange text on the description page......and it's a link that redirects to that download.

Just to let you know that this conflicts with the Lost Spires, a very popular Oblivion mod. http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/12997/?tab=1&navtag=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nexusmods.com%2Foblivion%2Fajax%2Fmoddescription%2F%3Fid%3D12997%26preview%3D&pUp=1

I would love to be able to use both as your mod is excellent!

I'm familiar with Lost Spires. Funny nobody has reported that in over 800 downloads. Can you tell me where the conflict is located?

Edit: Ok I just spent a good deal of time in the Construction Set looking at these two mods...and there are no conflicts...regardless of load order. The two mods make edits to one common cell, 38,1. But it's nothing that would cause problems.

Lost Spires edits a skeleton in that cell, Silverfish Falls places a road sign. No conflict. Whatever problem you are having is caused by something else.

Woops, I got confused as there were some rocks and trees on the path leading up to "Excavation Site" and I assumed it was a Lost Spire excavation site and the blocked path was due to a conflict. Then I found out it was a Dwarven Mine. Nevermind, nothing to see here folks.

So just out of curiosity, what mod adds the dwarven mine that had you confused?

Uploaded slightly updated patch files for UL Silverfish River Valley and Integration The Stranded Light. Simply grounded some rocks and a bush I missed the first time around. Nothing earth shattering so no need to DL again if you already have one of these and haven't noticed what I fixed, it is subtle. Also uploaded a combo patch that will allow use of Silverfish Falls, UL Silverfish River Valley, and Integration.

Added alternate versions of the Integration Patch and Combo Patch which are included in the download folders. This means there are versions of these patches for Original Integration and/or Integration Integrated. Enjoy!

If one is using both Integration, and UL Silverfish Valley, is either patch compatible?

Hmmm...I really should have made a 3 way for that purpose. But you should be able to use both patches in conjunction. Try it and let me know if they work together. If not, I can make a merged patch fairly quickly.

I'd try it, but I just realized your patch was for the Integrated version of Integration. Not the normal one. x_X

Yes I did build off of the Integrated version. Couldn't see DLing all the extra requirements for the sole purpose of making a patch that took less than 30 minutes. Is the .esp for the normal version of Integration named differently? I never checked. If not the patch will still work.

I understand the not wanting to download a lot of extra stuff. bgIntegrationEV.esp is the name of the normal version. I didn't realize there was an issue until I saw I was missing a master.

Well I can make the 3 way patch anyway. And create patch versions for standard Integration. It's as easy as renaming the Master with TES4Gecko. Take me just a few minutes for each patch. Have other stuff on the burner right now, but look for these in a day or two at most.

Just fine. Have it down to just needing AI packages created. Everything else is done. But work is not giving me much time and I spent most of my time this weekend working on patch file requests. Should be ready soon though.

      Hi gep5,

Glad to hear you are enjoying the settlements. I am already way ahead of you on both of those questions though and the answers to each can be found in my mod descriptions/read me files.

Request # 1 (nexus file # 19984): The short answer..Silverfish Falls is a relocated, re-worked version of Poolacemail's Lakeview Village mod. Tis all in the description on this very mod page.

Request # 2 (nexus file # 26852): The short answer..Villages II is listed as a planned release on the Settlements of Cyrodiil Resource Pack description. Already revamped most of it, added custom architecture, working on some interiors, AI, and sorting out an unfinished quest.

I spent a lot of time researching sites like nexus, PES, and others to find viable abandoned mods for this project. And equally as much time contacting the authors to get permission to do so. Chances are I probably have not overlooked much. But if you find an abandoned settlement that is not already listed on my Resource Pack description...send me a PM about it. I'll be happy to consider anything that I may have missed.
