Thanks for contributing to maintenance of Item Interchange, which is an invaluable part of my load order.
The "requirements" line in your readme specifies all of the required version numbers with the exception of COBL. Based on the other text in your readme am I correct in thinking this is only needed if using the beta COBL 1.73+, as opposed to the older production COBL 1.72? The version of "Item interchange - Placement for Frostcrag Reborn.esp" bundled with the base Item Interchange download has always seemed to work fine with Frostcrag Reborn De-Isolated and there are no readily apparent issues when viewing things with TES4EDIT.
I've actually been sticking with FCOM 0.9.9 and COBL 1.72 until Item Interchange supports FCOM 1.0, so I'm hopeful this is a step in that direction.
The Form ID issues are actually with the new Frostcrag Reborn because most of the creatures now have DLCFrostcragReborn as master instead of DLCFrostcrag. It should be independent of COBL version.
I discovered, when looking into this, that the Form IDs were actually referencing the wrong masters, so thanks for bringing me back to look at this.
