   It's really nice to have your own realm, but I had some minor problems, for example, you can't sleep in the bed at the top of the tower, because it's not yours, and there are some big yellow triangles, where the portal back and the throneroom are. But the rest is definitely very good.

      you can fix it by opening the console by pressing` and click on the bed and type setownership for the big yellow triangles that means the meshes are missing do you have shivering isles?

      Yes, I own SI, and installed it before even starting modding.

      was there a meshes folder after you extracted the mod?

   It looks so cool but my problem is that I don't want to add spells with psb and I went to Abandoned mine but there is no portal... I know that there is a quest there but I have not made it yet... is that the reason why the portal is not there?

   Looks realy nice. I love that there is a mod that gives you your own realm, even if you are a Prince of Madness.
