Had a little issue getting this up and running. When I made the ID for it in the CS, it tells me that the .nif is 'too old,' and will default to the exclamation mark error .nif. Not sure what might be causing this issue, so a little feedback would be appreciated.

You find it in the CS and add it wherever you like. There's an icon file included now, so all you should need to do is point to the appropriate files (Meshes|Icons)/KRS/w/... and give it whatever stats you want. It's a resource, DIY stuff - there's no ESP. But no, you don't need another mod, this one's stand-alone.

Just realized this is a Morrowind file, so that'd be why you're getting that error.
