I think the light version added two invisible barriers on the bridge west of the Imperial City, blocking it off (you can jump over them, but NPCs get stuck). Swapping it out for the full version fixed it.

Although the swap also meant I resorted my mods and rebuilt my bashed patch, so I suppose it could have been some kind of conflict/LO issue on my end.

:) Very Good, It worked exactly as it should. I *Do have "Unique Landscapes" and the draw bridge did open the waterway as expected (If a bit late starting :)). The small light towers are great one did prevent me from hitting an unexpected landprotrusion in Oblivions Super Fog. Very good mod.

I Iiked the added reality. That river was always too shallow for boats. I really like the harbour work. Very detailed

There does not seem to be a BC version

    Shipping on the Niben:
    http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/41134/?
says it is compatible with Better Cities, and also says it make the minimum amount of edits necessary to sail up the Niben from Leyawiin to the IC waterfront.

    Hi guys n gals!

I would like to ask if someone could explain what files I should choose, when it comes to Shipping in Cyrodiil. I can see here on the nexus there are SiC mods with drawbridges and a leyawiin canal and so on. I am confused. I would just like to get the most out of Shipping In Cyrodiil.
Lametrie writes that users of BC should get "Mainfile Shipping in Cyrodiil - BC"... I can't see that anywhere?
(I plan to have Unique Landscapes and Better Cities with open cities turned on)
    Can anyone enlighten me?
    Thanks!!

Btw I will have no boat mod because I will only use The Evening Star pilotable ship from BC

Works great. Sailing around in my little boat is my new favourite thing to do in Oblivion, and now I can go anywhere!

    Endorsed.

I don't get what is the difference between Shipping in Cyrodiil - The Leyawiin Canal Edition and Shipping in Cyrodiil?

Can I use both of them?

You cant't use both at a time! The Leyawiin Canal Edition has the Leyawiin Canal around the City. It changes the landscape quite a bit including some new buildings. If you like big changes, take the Leyawiin Canal Edition If not, the other works fine.

Wonderfull mod. I love the drawbridge.

What allways disturbed me about the original game was that the river
to the Imperial City stopped just before the sea and all of the bridges that
no ship could possibly pass through.

Scanned for dirty edits in ShippinginCyrodiil4.esp (using Wyre Bash) and found 2105 UDR and 46 ITM records.

Well, this sounds really good! Will I need a UL compatibility patch for Blackwood Forest?
