I just posted the files to the new version 4.0 of Shipping in Cyrodiil, now compatible with Passenger Ships of Cyrodiil.
This version inherits the ideas from the No Canal Edition and has - as the name indicates :) - no Leyawiin Canal. Not the big one that is. I just deepened the canal that was originally around Leyawiin, got some walls to prevent the water to flow over, have got the naturally little harbour connected to the Niben and build the draw bridge to get to the town.
The rest of the Niben is fully sailable, the bridge at Fort Redman has been deleted and the way into the Imperial City Waterfront is free as usual.
AND - the cause to do that update is of course the wounderful new mod Passenger Ships of Cyrodiil from comespm. ...
