I have given this file my endorsement. Although others have said there are better similar mods out there, I have used this one forever without issue. Okay some labeled foods don't work but there is such a variety this never bothered me. You've made a great mod Dominic and thanks for sharing.
But sorry I think LazysheepherdEdsEngine is better. Here is why;
1) LazysheepherdEdsEngine has all Hunger Thirst and Sleep & also has a great flexibility with your plying style. 2) In LazysheepherdEdsEngine you can customize everythink.So you can decide which Tab,Message,Animation is required and which one is not.Also has wonderful shortcut system which makes it faster and funny. 3) No OBSE required. 4)I read as many comments as I can and I think after uninstalling someone can get trouble about drained stats LazysheepherdEdsEngine has safe uninstall for this problem.
I wanted to add hunger and sleep, and your files were highly recommended. It seems that later versions of these files have some bugs. Although it would have been nicer if you included water or beverage as well, thanks for these files!
Haha, I just found a really weird bug with my version. Leek is the only item that actually restores hunger. Nothing else does. Leek only! What's with that?
Its not very realistic. Vegetables dont have as much energy as meat. You've put vegetables to be the most stomach filing foods,and meat to be the less stomach filling food. You really dont know much about foods dontya ?

You should use the updated one that is 1.4 or use Wrye's COBL Real Hunger.
