Yeah didn't work for me either, usual install via Wyrebash bottom of load order for good measure still getting red skies as far away as the Kvatch camp road by the priest
Not sure if this works prior to completing the main quest but it definantly doesn't work after the main quest is completed which is what I Dl'd it for.
