   It would be SO epic if the balloon was pilotable like the latest Dwemer Skyship (or at the very least movable/summonable like the old one...)
   
   (The interior could definitely be improved too...)

   This was a great little mod for many years, until I decided to install Better Cities, which conflicts with the ground teleporter. You can still use console command tcl to float up there, but it's not worth the esp slot anymore in a maxed out load order. Hope somebody makes a small filter patch to fix this someday, but for now, bye bye balloon house.

   The view is astonishing from up there in the balloon. The only thing missing, a price tags on that balloon and/or a little quest to get it.

   This mod along with Better Cities makes Anvil Docks truly unique, I love it. It's not fully compatible with Better Cities and by this I mean that the ground teleporter(sp?) is covered by BC. I simply disable it with the console and use a levitation spell to get up there.
   
   
   PS: Mod needs cleaning!

   I often find my acrobatic character trying to jump from the lighthouse to the balloon...to his death.

   a balloon house. now who would have thought of that?! i feel we should to be able to highlight these type of mods with a 'is creative" and "well implementeted" button or something.
