This village is in the same location as Sutch Village and Nagaia Molag.

I like this mod. The buildings are a wee bit crowded together, but it is lovely and has useful vendors with some interesting armor and weapons. There is also an interesting cave behind the Inn where there is some re-spawning loot.

It is not a big town full of NPCs, but it is a very pretty settlement, and a non-modder would probably not be disturbed by the failings noted below. Those were intended as helpful advice, not as a warning to potential users. I did not even notice most of them, and they did not bug my game as some other mods have done. Of course, I don't spend much time in the cave, and I am used to NPCs who occasionally run into walls instead of going where they should. Some of my favorite mods have those problems on occasion. If you are waiting for perfection, you will have a very long wait. I plan to keep playing in the meantime. ;-)

This mod is small, useful, pleasant, very pretty, and has not messed up my game in any way. It is an interesting addition to a rather barren area that helps to fill out the game world with more settlements and resources. I endorse it on those accounts.
Thank you for sharing it with those of us who enjoy it.

This is a very nice mod, but I'm uninstalling it until it gets updated. I really like the atmosphere and mood of the town, and respect the work put into it, but there are just too many bugs for my liking... Sorry

This mod adds a pretty little town by the sea where you can hear the waves and the seagulls. I liked the nice flowerbeds.

I did notice a few things while playing:

There is mod dirt in AnvilGogansHouse.

There is no path-gridding so actors run into walls or get stuck, and companions don't work right.

It would be good to use equivalent no-grass landscape textures where appropriate to keep grass from growing in the flowerbeds and porches and walls.

The landscape contour at the base of the stairs could use some improvement.

The cave is completely wrong and needs a great deal of work put into it to fix it. Practically 100% of the architectural tiles are placed wrong. They overlap, or leave gaps, or are improperly rotated. So there are flashing seams, gaps where you can see out into the void, or textures that do not match the adjacent tiles.

It should be understood that cave tiles are directional. There are north tiles, south tiles, east tiles, and west tiles. With the cave tile-set, you must never rotate a tile, or you will get texture and color mismatches between adjacent tiles. For almost all of the tiles in this set, there are four versions. So the correct one should be selected. Rotating does not work.

The other two problems, flashy seams and gaps, come from not using the snap-to-grid function in the CS. Nobody should ever build a cave using the vanilla tileset without using snap-to-grid. It quickly and automatically puts the tiles exactly where they need to go with no seams and flashy overlaps.

There is no kill box in the bottom of the trench in the cave.

The town is put together much better than the cave.

In Haashi's house, there is a flashy seam on the counter because snap-to-grid was not used.

    This counter clips the stairs.

A chest clips a floor stand candlestick.

In Vissiri's house, there is a barrel on the second floor clipping the wall.

There is a chest of drawers clipping the wall.

I think Waisa's house was my very favorite. It was full of art and art supplies. I liked the atmosphere and way the objects were placed there.

"Didnt you read the readme THERE ARE NO QUESTS OR UIQUE DIALOUGES BE glad you get this fine mod"

There is no uploaded readme, and no real mod description. So people cannot read and find out if there are any quests or any unique dialog. It is not really reasonable to expect people to download a mod so that they can then read up on it and see if they want to play it.

To fix this problem, I think you should upload your readme to the readme slot, and also post it in the "long description" box, unless you would prefer to write a separate long description for that box which fills one or two computer screens and advertises all the cool and exciting things your mod includes.

No need to be rude. The question was legitimate. There's nothing in the description that said such a thing.<img class=">

Unless I'm mistaken, the map image you put up looks like it might conflict with Dragon Captions "The Imperial City of Sutch Reborn."

There's a link for it, correct me if I'm wrong, just wanted to point out the possibility.
