Blackwater and Mudwater mods locate their villages very close, but so far I haven't seen any big, visible conflicts. So far, the two Argonian villages look compatible.

I really like how the mushroom tower and astral plane look. That is some pretty unique object-placing.

    I noticed a few things:

There are lots of flashing seams where architectural tiles are run too close together and overlap, or where objects occupy the same plane.

There is no path-gridding and actors do things like run into walls or jump into the void.

There are no kill-boxes at the bottom of the astral plane cells.

There is a gap in the second astral plane cell which is too wide to be jumped over. People have to cheat to get past it.

There are exposed edges and undersides of statues so that you can see the invisible back sides of meshes.

The NPC Guuji seems to have no spells for sale, even if there is an icon for selling spells. In the CS it looks like she only knows one random spell and my character already knows it.

There is mod dirt in places like AmelionFamilyTomb02, Abandoned Mine, and Aleswell.

The village is well done with lots of thoughtfully placed clutter to add atmosphere and realism. There are really quite a few buildings in the village, and I can tell that a lot of effort has been put into making this mod.

If you want a real fight go to the Mushroom tower. There you'll find a portal the portal leads to an astral plane

Look at the map you will see both a settlement and Ayleid ruin icon. Look for the icons on the eastern side of leyawin. its a bit north of the D in blackwood. And i your looking for a trader, youll find one in the inn his name is Trader you can see him sitting on a bench there

This mod looks nice, altought your description lacks important information :
    -Where is Blackwater?
    -Who lives in Blackwater?
    -What to do in Blackwater?
-Are there any player-ownable house(s) in Blackwater?
    -Is Blackwater lorefriendly?
    -Traders?
    -Trainers?
    -Items?
    -Monsters?
    -etc.

Hope these suggestions may help you.
