This mod is very, VERY underrated.

Thought It would be a simple house mod, but no no no.
    THIS  mod, is a masterpiece.
The story is completely awesome! Though I admit, the interior is fairly laggy on my laptop since It's very detailed (I have no problem on running Oblivion on Very High settings.).
Finding the key was difficult, but the loot inside and the story is completely worth it.

There's honestly nothing to dislike about this mod, It's perfect.

But adding a less detailed version of the house interior would be really nice for me, and probably for others.

(By the way, this all are my opinion so, don't hate me If you think differently.)

    Couple of notes:

    1. Tough navigation for companions.
    2. If you're running Loot Menu, be aware that scripted "on-click" events don't show up as container contents when hovering the mouse over a chest. I spent FOREVER trying to find a certain key. ... Just sayin' ;-)

although a bit clutter heavy (for my rig).. this is the most home-like abode I've came across in oblivion so far..

Uh! It is a crime that this mod isn't in the hundreds of endorsements! A gorgeous, detailed player-home surrounded by an even more beautiful custom landscape--I was fully prepared to disable the clashing UL in favor of Cherry Brooke before I noticed the included patch. I thought it was beautiful by day, but walking back outside after exploring the house and seeing the grove at night had me walking the paths all over again just taking in the eye candy. Fantastic job.

I would love you if you made a QTPIII patch for this.

    This is excellent mod authorship.

I'm hard to please when it comes to house mods; it usually has to be something new and unusual to make my eyes pop. You've done it, though. A simple house with a little bit of everything...a gorgeous garden and surrounding area, gorgeous furnishings, lights that turn on and off, a lovely lab, plenty of storage, a detailed backstory. Simple, understated...and classy.

    I'll be recommending your mod.

faeriexdecay If you disable Distant Land in oblivon menu, the green ugly texture will disappear!

However if you get closer to the waterfall you will notice that beneath waterfall water is invisible... So if you like a screenshot DISABLE DISTANT LAND and find a perfect angle to take a shot! Good luck!

I recently had to reinstall oblivion (it stopped working, again! lol), but it's back up and good as new will all my old mods. I'll have to check to see if I still see this bug and let you know.

One of the best house mods I have ever seen, love the unique landscape outside the house, really love the rope swing above the water, the furniture inside the house is tastefully done and lots of nice storage. Love the organized storage in the kitchen, also enjoy being able to control all the lighting in the house. The quest is a bit annoying to find the key but I eventually found it, the lore written in the books by the previous owner of the house is very interesting and found myself enjoying the read. You've made the house companion friendly, also very nice basement thats perfect even for the most picky alchemist. Theres also a few target dummies for weapon training, think the only thing the house is lacking is a bathroom or a hotsprings, considering it's convient location I'm surprised there isn't a hotsprings.

I have LOTS of them, honestly I'm afraid removing anything, just a minute ago something braked (cause I tried to put a new spell in the game; ) and for a moment there I thought ''this is it, end of oblivion!!!'' . So you know when your game doesn't show you any signs of life after playing it for 3 months, that frikin' texture around a house just doesn't bother me anymore...

    For now that is...

    AND HERE IT IS...

    again...

    a bug...

I'll just try to look other way... maybe it will go away...
    (LIKE MY GIRLFRIEND!)

((I don't have a girl really... just thought few people could use some lough after reading this long massage))
