  1. Your mod is...I don't even know how to start.
It is beautiful, complete (even the garden!) and is similar to my ideal house.
Yesterday I was a bit sad but your mod cheered me up: thank you!
May I ask you one thing?
I am searching for the clue mentioned, but I wasn't able to find it. Please, can you write (using spoiler, of course) what are we searching for (note, journal...) and a hint (even cryptical) of where in the house it is? Thank you very much!
    1. Already done. It was well hidden!

If I do work on the house it would probably be released with the next patch, and since Skyrim is out in two weeks I don't think so. I haven't had as much time to work on this mod as I'd like lately, or any mod at that. Plus I have new house mods under construction. There's really no planned date right now.

    @ HavenofDarkness

Do you think you'll be able to get it done before the release of Skyrim?

    Pixel-

Well thank you so much. Your compliment is inspiring. There has to be a way to implement pathing without having to create wide open spaces and if I learn how to do that I will have it in the next patch. =)

    @ Balakirev

I tried that tower, I didn't like it. Also, I dislike COBL. This house is perfect other than the lack of companion pathing, HavenofDarkness does a gorgeous decorating job and I like her style.

A series of large, open spaces, with extra wide doorways between them--no corridors--is the way to go with companions. Check out Tchos' Alchemy lab to see a good example. While the PC floors create separate interior spaces within each circular floor for a hot tub, herbal garden, and large bed, the floor for the companions ignores that. It does include beds only the outer rim, and a desk, and table and chairs (as well as COBL-based food and wine), but it leaves a lot of space free.

Them running into walls happens in every room, but it's such a nice house they can deal with it, thats alright. For this being your first mod it's amazing, it has a great location too. I'm just rather biased on having nice fancy bathrooms. I enjoy the kitchen area and I love the furniture you use, the house has a lot of space and doesn't make you feel cramped. You're house is the first one I've seen with organized dish storage.

Pixel thank you for the feedback.

As far as pathing goes I am not sure yet how to implement that. I made sure to add lots of beds for companions but I am sorry if they are running into things, lol.

To my understanding the bathroom IS in it's own seperate room, is it not? The master bedroom is the large room with the trap door, the rest are spare rooms down the hall and one of those spare rooms in the bathroom.

I understand people love hotsprings but I made this house with my own lore in mind and with Lord Sai'tereth having his own tastes and personality it just wouldn't have complemented the house...plus I feel that it has been overused.

This being my first mod some things are beyond my capability at this point, so I kind of left showers out of it, but I would like to implement something like that as there are some nice idle anims that go with showering. =)

I LOVE this house, it's gorgeous and wonderful and I love the alchemy lab. The only problem I have with it is this house isn't very companion friendly. All my companions tend to run into walls as if the place has no pathing, and will even run through the walls.

Also, this is a matter of personal taste but it would be nice if the bathroom was in it's own seperate room rather than the master bedroom. Would be nice to have a hotsprings or shower too, but it's still nice.

There is no set date as of yet, it's going to be alot of work for me so probably not anytime soon, unfortunatly.
