If your using a intel 945 then remember to switch of the sky (can't remember the console command). If you do that it brings the crashes to a near zero, outside only ofcourse. It looks crap but well worth it.

Continued: installing this "may" (not did) of destroyed my oblivion when going outside, however I did install this the same time as a redguard texture pack & i have alot of mods installed which could of cause a conflict. gonna try install this again with other mods on a clan oblivion cuz im pretty sure this should be safe to run with anything
Final Update: it worked just had to install the the Intel meshes, overlooked that yesterday. shame I reinstalled oblivion & all my mods now but at least i have a clean install
Oh yea, forgot to say after the last update. Some of the exterior daedric architecture meshes that are reduced seem to have some gaps in them that need fixed.
"Absolutely Sexy Market District?" Where can I obtain this? I can't even find any evidence of such a mod on google, the ONLY hit on that phrase come back to fps poly gone ext.

Edit: Don't use intel or xtra if you wanna see precious your frost ball (frost damage target)
If I find anything else I've overlooked I will pull those files and update my post.
