   you could have just presses the [`] button and typed coc testinghall and went to the bookroom and taken it out of there.

   i agree that the ultimate heist is terribly glitched, but for that download the unnoficial patches and do things the legitimate way. why are you playing games if you are going to cheat?

   Using the console can mess up your game and when i sit in the chair it says I have to wait for someone to bring the scroll but they never come thanks for uploading.

   trivial no kiding, its not a GLITCH you can't get the scroll if you get attaced by the monks before you set in the chair you fail the quest
