This is the Port Hamlet of Owls Cove. It is part of the County Sutch Project

This mod will be incompatible with SutchRebron.esp

This is the fully functioning hamlet;
It is complete with nearly forty npcs, with unique schedules, personalities, and ideals...
There are various shops as well this time around for the player to view and barter with
the entire port has been expanded from the original Sutch Reborn mod. There are now more people, and more life to the humble hamlet.

As for Planned quests: there will be a few quests in the city, but these are a long way off. The biggest key of the port will be the ‘linking’ of the various islands that are under control of County Sutch. So the quest series for the owls cove mod will not be available until more of the island mods are completed and ready for distribution. But to give you an idea:
“The Sutch Royal Trading Company is not all that it seems. There are shadier dealing going on behind the scenes. Even the nicest of people hold secrets and dangers. The islands are not all that the company projects either: some have fallen into ruin, others into anarchy; some are fighting every day for survival against the natives. Pirates and marauders run rampant in a region of chaos.”

Version Control (compatibility)
This mod like I said above is incompatible with the original Sutch Reborn... in the new County Sutch project, the Sutch Reborn docks are being replaced, with a graphically updated and new models...
This one has the same location, and basically level, just some new npcs, houses, and expanded clutter, decorations, and sutch.

Bottom line is: if you use new haven, you will need to mod to have the docks. If you do not use Sutch Reborn, but want the docks, you need this. This mod will be what is integrated into the new CS Project. The reason this was not included with New Haven was mainly for compatibility and ‘player-choice.’

Once again: Sutch Reborn is still being offered, because it retains the original quest line. And some people may prefer using it over the new designs.

It occupies a small area wedged onto the NW edge of Cyrodiil.

North - Brina River
South – about parallel with the little island that comes out forming the closed bay. It’s the same place that the ‘massive staircase’ came down to in Sutch Reborn.
West – the sea.
East – hill side; about the same place that it ended in Sutch Reborn

How to Start
To start the mod, there are no quests in this version, the city itself and its npcs/features are all that is available at the moment. In future versions there will be additional quests and content. This version focuses mainly on the graphical overhaul, and expansion of the npcs/buildings/character of the city.

1. Open the 7z file
2. Enter the various sub folders until you find the 'meshes, textures, and esp files.’
3. Extract all files mentioned above to... (Install folder)\Oblivion\Data\
4. Start Oblivion Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a check-mark beside the .esp file.

1. Start Oblivion Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file.
2. Delete the files/folders associated with the mod (there are a lot).

First Public Version, no upgrade required :)

1. This mod will NOT work with The Imperial Township of Sutch Reborn... this mod is meant to be the
replacement for the above mentioned mod...
2. All mods that were incompatible with Sutch Reborn – Lost cost, and a few others. Those patches will
work with this mod; they just need to be updated to recognize this mod instead of Sutch Reborn.

None at the Moment, other than the possible Incompatibilities.
