This seems like a very nice house, except that for some reason I have some really REALLY terrible texture glitches going on in the upstairs part. The whole floor looks like its vibrating and gives me a headache looking at it!
Sorry to hear you are having a problem. I went in game a minute ago, and have no problem with the floor. You might try changing the mods location in the load order. I have it just over half way down in mine and I am using Wrye Bash and have 302 mods running. If you can not get rid of the vibrating floor and like the general location, there is MapleOak Retreat just across the road. I have to admit that I'm rather fond of many of your mods, but this one didn't appeal to me. Why?

Its a perfect forest home in perfect location. The unique textures and furnitures are amazing. Plus the mod fully compatible with Castle domrose which is above the pond. Very unique and peaceful place. THX!
