A very late thumbs up for this incredible piece of artwork. Very highly detailed, chock full of custom textures, and placed in an area that has been virtually untouched by other mods.
@ Solinarius: It doesn't need any compatibility patches for UL. It exists in the Pale Pass worldspace, which I believe is separate from everything else. I only know of one other mod that touches that area.
Absolutely love it! One problem though, I can't choose where to teleport back to. I keep going to the mage district where I bought the tower. While that is a lovely place... I'd like to go other place. Aside from that, Perfect!

Its good enough, A bit small for my tastes but it definately works, does as the discription says and has its uses. Thats all anyone could ask for.
