   Nice little village that add immersion to the game.
   
   But it has a big landscape conflict with Under the sign of the dragon - Fort Akatosh Redux.

   Makes my game CTD when loading any savegame. I can post my load order if you'd like. But, it sounds like a nice mod.

   I downloaded this ages ago and forgot to come back and thank the author of the mod, it fits in well with the area and adds to the atmosphere of Cyrodiil. Good Job.

   Very sweet spot to built a small village... With the dock that was already there... Hard to tell it was not already in the game...
