Given that gamingsrc hasn't been seen here in five years and I've discovered an issue with the mod, I am planning to release my own updated version of it in the near future, given "Do what ever you want with this mod." in the readme.
UPDATE: Frostcrag Spire Coblized is now available, combining this, my alchemy station, and an ingredient sorter!
For those needing only the Luggage, Cobl makes it possible to buy "summon luggage" scrolls at the Mystic Emporium - just in case some people weren't aware of it.
8 years late for a reply, but for those stumbling onto this post, the author suggests you use another mod in conjunction with this one in order to get the alchemy sorter. The link he gives in the description is outdated. The current one is this: https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/13782
Edit: Don't listen to the numskull below me, some of us don't want the giant Frostcrag Reborn/Revisited edit. Some, like me, just want clean and simple additions.
