I had trouble installing it for a bit, even when using Oblivion Mod Manager, but eventually I got it to work. For some reason it suddenly started working when I chose the 'Right Shift' option. Now I have it working perfectly and the menus are very reactive. Before, the buttons weren't working and took forever to appear.
Anyway, I got it working using Oblivion Mod Manager with my Darnified_UI setup. Thank you so much for making this. Now I can hide my ever growing list of uncompletable quests. <3
Good mod. However, the original BTMod map_menu.xml file contains an error which is maintained in this mods BTMod-compatible file. It causes you to be unable to fully scroll down to the southern edge of the map (including in SI). To fix it see the solution posted by VinceBly below:
Simple but much needed buttons! To make this work with Simple Better Inventory And Map, install this with 01 BTMod option, it has similar enlarged map window. Paper borders of the map will be removed (can be fixed in map_menu.xml - just find and remove 8 lines that contain "_sideborders")

Tobad I didn't discover the mod sooner.
but it would be cool to sort quests by groups. daedric quests, main line quests, guild's quests, etc.
