   Am I crazy, or did this actually increase the spell cost? I don't know how, but the spell went from 1001 to 900 after disabling.

   Are you sure UOP does?
   
   i have the UOP and the spell still needs an anormally stupid amount of 600+ magicka to cast.
   
   i think this fix is needed even if you installed the Unnoficial patch.

      well i have the UOP installed and i also checkmarked this esp and it does absolutely nothing, the spell still costs around 600 mana for my level 20 something character that acquired it, but does 140 damage in a 10ft radius. so maybe that's balanced?

   just do the psb cheat you will have all the spells in the game, ALL OF THEM
