I tried that same Hammerfell mod before, and the missing land textrues/meshes at the Kvatch entrance ain't the only thing missing! There's also the missing land/landscape texture/meshes near the bridge leading to the Arcane University that's also caused by the same Hammerfell mod! Someone needs to make a patch for that one, too, as well as any patches for Onra's new heightmaps (if needed for the latter)!
