   Summoning doesnt work as a constant effect, thats why it isnt on the enchanting list to begin with

   This mod doesn't work for me. I put the esp in the data folder and the ini in the oblivion folder, made sure I had the latest obse version, loaded up the esp with obmm, launched from obse, and still nothing.

   @Drakon dont put the config file in the data folder. just stick it in to the oblivion folder.

   It Does not work for me,Put both files in the Data Folder,Got the new Version of OBSE,Made sure it was on and had the Check mark next to it,then Started Oblivion,No Extra Enchanting options Show up.
   
   I don't understand why though as I've Done all you said to do.
