This adds a player home to the west of Chorrol. Buy upgrades like a normal house, and there's a secret door behind the archery area in the training room. Search through the area and you find a unigue sword called the Dragonsword of Lainlyn. Which looks the same as Shadowrend from the Shivering Isles main quest, but is gold this time and one handed, not two handed.
