I like the fact this mod supports COBL... can't seem to do without the luggage - I'm totally addicted. I also like the well outside for my thirst mod. However, I have found only one little problem. The resident Alchemist is always sleeping and I can't get her to open shop either day or night, and if I wake her, she won't have buy/sell option in her dialogue. When I first entered Battlehorn (after installing this mod) she was walking about, this was before I had acquired ownership. But after I had been given the property deed, all she does is sleep all thro the day and night! I'm probably not missing much anyway because of the complete set of ingredients in the underground secret room. There are a lot of perks included with this that makes it very worth while.
