About this mod

This adds a castle West of Chorrol, the information on that is here.. http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Battlehorn_Castle_%28quest%29 I have left the original pretty much alone, great player obtainable castle, Bethesda did a nice job so why fix if it isnt broke! What this mod does is add to the existing. You still first need to buy the usual

Permissions and credits
Battlehorn Castle COBL

This is my take on this, there are alternatives which are equally good, but I like mine :)

This uses the Official plugin Fighter's Stronghold
http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Fighter%27s_Stronghold

Which gives you Battlehorn Castle

http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Battlehorn_Castle_%28quest%29

WARNING NO MESHES AND TEXTURES INCLUDED WITH MY MOD
So if you dont own the official plugin available from Bethesda, and load up my mod you will be greeted with lots of purple boxes and yellow WTF stars!!

You WILL NEED the Official plugin Fighter's Stronghold plugin installed along with Oblivion and the latest patches, also need the unofficial patches for plugins.

Patches these are pretty normal by now.

And you need COBL installed from here

Quote from Phaedra (http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=15474)

-Need COBL Glue active for The Luggage to work. The Luggage will not appear in the home until you have "found" him for the first time (check the Anvil docks.)
-Need a COBL based hunger mod active for Dinner Plate to work.
Hunger mod not required to use home.
-Need a COBL based thirst mod for Water Barrels to work. Thirst mod not required to use home.
-For more information on COBL visit WryeMusings

(http://wrye.ufrealms.net/Cobl.html) and the COBL Wiki page

A very good thirst and hunger mod can be found here

http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=15773

with this

Or here

When all this is done, backup your existing battlehorn.esp then copy this mods esp into your data folder and overwrite the existing Battlehorn Castle esp, enable the plugin as normal, check load order if required, I use a more complete map which has to be loaded last and FCOM, so I personally use BOSS

This adds a castle West of Chorrol, the information on that is here..

I have left the original pretty much alone, great player obtainable castle, Bethesda did a nice job so why fix if it isnt broke!
What this mod does is add to the existing.
You still first need to buy the usual house upgrades, this instance from someone in the merchants inn, IC.
Ive added a COBL well outside, dinnerplate and larder (respawns) to the East Wing, COB Luggage basic if activated by the guy in Anvil, lug basic is in the great hall.
A NPC Alchemist, with a life, who wanders around the castle and sells alot of Alchemy equipment and ingredients, her vendor chest respawns.~
To find the secret area and associated quest (no journal update), look for something that moves in the private quarters, a journal will give you a clue. This is original.
I found that after this quest was complete there was no further requirement in visiting the secret area,
I have changed this.
Grotto now contains COBL Alchemy sorter, table, equipment, ingredients, a few common plants (Im not a gardener so sorry did my best!) and an Altar of enchantment and spellmaking.
There is a COBL Altar aswell that combines enchantment and spellmaking- this will be deactivated until entrance into Arcane University.
The Alchemy ingredients and equipment chests respawn so dont put your own stuff in them, or youll lose it.
Changed the lighting in this area aswell.

Thanks to Bethesda for Oblivion and Fighter Stronghold (http://www.bethsoft.com/eng/index.php?cn=ukeng)-their work and credits due, and to the COBL Team, and of course http://www.tesnexus.com for putting up with me :)
Enjoy.
