Man, I was reading up on this mod, and it looks pretty awesome. It seems as though most all the provinces in Oblivion are filled or soon will be filled (there looks like a pretty decent Black Marsh mod is in the works). But, this High Rock Height Map upload is three years old now... and their modding has been going on since 2006, right? I wish there was some cut and dry confirmation on whether it will be released, or if it's been abandoned, or what the status is. I know you can't rush art, or perfection... still, it would be nice to know for those of us holding our breath. I hope this one isn't "too good to be true" like some other inspirational projects before it.
Aside from that, I'll lend my hopeful endorse and pray TOYB, Deeza, and friends keep up the good work for us Oblivion faithfuls! It's sad to see so much of the community lost to Skyrim.
A province mod, adding High Rock. This is only the Height Map release, no roads, no settlements, no pathgrids, no npcs, there isn't anything apart from the landmass and LOD, it's just for playtesting and exploration purposes ">
