   Do we put in the loading folder or in one or each of the folders inside the trf folder which is inside loading?

   i still dont understand how to install it to my olbivion.. even after i try to understand the Oblivion Custom High Resolution Loading Screen Tutorial.. just dont understand the begining.. what do i need first? what is the image editor.. and fraps?

    Click on Compatibility Files if you have Vista or Windows 7.
    You might need to create the folders manually if you still don't see them.
