I've gone the distance on trying to get this to work alongside a modern wrye bash too. Following the instructions of mertz and installed the exact component required by hand as the ONLY versions of wrye bash with the required bashmon functionality are 291.1 and older AND only the versions that are full python installation.
The notion being to do all the bashed patch stuff in a newer one then open up and older version of bash to run just bashmon functions AND NOTHING ELSE so this mod can work.
unfortunately with any version of wrye bash and the required python components installed on a windows 10 system and wrye bash just doesn't open. Reported more fully in the pages of this thread. I believe Mertz also tested this with the same results.
Too bad this was a great mod that if newer boundaries added could work great. Imagine being with two other companions and being able to helm each as if they were the main character each in turn. Of course the base mod did not have that, but without the ability to morph ... no mod does either.

I know the mod is really old now, but would someone be able to do a video guide of how to install this mod please ? I think I did everything right, but it says "Bashmon is not running".
It basically just pops a cmd window and closes is right away. Both with bashmon.py and Wrye Bash Launcher.pyw

Thank you for all the answers ! I did not check now for some weeks But I hope to try to install the correct versions of pluggy and bashmon (thanks Deylendor for clearly instructions) soon. This mod seems very interessting to me.
Is the download functioning? The size of my download is different from what it's supposed to be (160kb). EDIT: Nevermind, autoplay was interupting the download.
The first time you load Pluggy and run the game, it will tell you which version you are using; I'm not sure if there is a console command to display this afterwards.
I've used Wrye Morph for a while and in the situation of corrupt save, it's usually best to go to an earlier save and then make sure Pluggy 1.25b is running as 1.32dev will not work with Wrye Morph, before you try your first morph in the game.
I am having trouble with Wrye Morph, when I try to morph, it says: Wrye Morph Warning... Morph Data has become corrupted. Please revert to an earlier save. I switched to pluggy v125b from dev v132 while I had a pluggy v132 save if that helps anything. I installed Wrye morph yesterday. It says invalid aOldid: 9 or something like that when I try to morph.

You don't have to use v291 to manage your mods (stick with 307b4); you can use 291 just for BashMon.

You will need a Python 2.7 interpreter and to run bashmon.py out of the 291 Mopy files, then launch the game as usual with Wrye Morph active.
