The archive doesn't extract properly with the latest version of 7zip - if you get header errors and 0b textures when extracting, use Windows or another archive tool to extract the files instead.
I used the built in windows capability to extract the files without issue - all files are the correct size and seem fine in ddsopt.
Hopefully, almost one year later, Specter24 found Book Jackets. If anyone else is struggling, you can download it here, both Standard and High-Res versions are on that page
