Simply extract all file directly to your <...\Oblivion\Data> folder.

-----------Location-----------

It has been placed on a crate in Anvil's Abandoned House until it
exits BETA.

TES4: Oblivion - Patch v1.2.0416

-----------Incompatibilities-----------

This file is dirty as it gives the player reference in the CS a
script. This prevents any other person from adding a script to the
player, so better mods cannot run if this is loaded after them. Until I
can figure out how to run this mod without doing that, please be
careful which mods you load with this one.
Although it is dirty, it should not affect your saves.
