Well. Awesome for evil characters who don't mind slaughtering guards everywhere they go. But since they're both marked as stolen and give you a gigantic bounty for taking them, anyone who doesn't want to spend their time doing nothing but killing guards to keep their awesome one-hit-kill weapons is kinda out of luck.
