You're trying to place our values on inhabitants of a very different world; to quote Terry Pratchett, "Racism was not a problem(...) speciesism was more interesting. Now let's make it constructive: others have given some interesting suggestions, here are my two drakes (based on what lore I remember): 1. Khajiit and Bosmer have a rivalry going on. It is similarity, not differences, that cause this. Both are mistrusted by most other races (born troublemakers). 2. On the other hand, I am not aware of any enmity between Argonians and Khajiit because their numerous differences ensure neither wants anything the other has. Especially territory. 3. Argonians suffer prejudice from "civilized" folk (Khajiit included, I think, to a small degree) 4. Imperials might be disliked by the recently defeated provinces (like the Dunmer of Morrowind), but it's provincial, might not apply in Cyrodiil. Offset by good social skills. 5. Khajiit are known to have no respect for Imperial law, and may be disliked for it, but I think it's not mutual - more like "You have your rules, we have our way. We'll see which one holds up" 6. AFAIK, there is no enmity between imperials and Orcs (the latter have sworn loyalty, and frequently join the Legion, also, they almost never steal). Prejudice, yes. 7. In their own provinces, Bosmer are very accepting, the smug Altmer being the opposite. 8. Redguards may hold grudges against Imperials, Nords and Bretons (war stuff) 9. Nords - instigated quite a few wars, with pretty much everyone, but it's militancy, not prejudice. 10. Imperials: congenial, but may show dislike towards known lawbreakers and troublemakers. I'm guessing they may not have any preference for their own. 11. Bretons... checked uesp.net just to have anything to put here, and it says "(...)considered a friendly and humorous people, though there is little love lost between many Bretons and Redguards(...)". Potentially another race who might not favor their own. 12. Dunmer: Shortly after the events of Oblivion, their province is invaded by Argonians. They had it coming, with the slavery. Obvious tension.
Hi, I noticed this was classified as "Default - I forgot to set this". I think it would be better in one of the other classifications like "Gameplay Effects and Changes".
Altmer/High Elves: Altmer are well known for their Superiority Complex, They are Pompous Blowhards for the most part, Believing that they are above the lesser races, IE everyone else.
Dunmer/ Dark Elves: generally hate everyone, particularly beast Races that are not in chains.
Bosmer/Wood Elves: Generally Friendly but also pretty much evasive of confrontation they are very unlikely to challenge another race. It is to be expected that they are somewhat cowardly considering their size in comparison to that of the other races. Also It could probably be assumed that Imperial Bosmer would not likely care about the forests much. They like Imperial Money so they like imperials.
Khajiit: absolutely HATE Dunmer, Altmer, argonians, however they have a healthy respect for imperials and a not so friendly but not violent rivalry with Bosmer. Quite often they argue about whos the better thief Argonians: dislike khajiit, imperials and hate dunmer
Bretons: Don’t really dislike anyone in particularly I believe their relationship with Dunmer is bad though. they have a healthy respect for altmer as well
Imperials: don’t hate anyone but do feel that they are the judge jury and executioner of everyone imperial or not. Imperial soldiers are bad about it I would go far as to say they dislike unlawful races like Khajiit and Bosmer however a large amount of Khajiit are employed by the empire. They do however like redguards
Nords: Hired orc mercenaries so they don’t hate but they understand orcs. They are distrustful of any kind of magic like the redgaurds so they don’t like Altmer, Bretons or Dunmer . However they are not fond of the redguards, as a race they like to believe they are the most powerful warriors and refuse to except the redguard reputation of beign the best warriors. Nords like other races find Bosmer annoying and would sooner kill one that wouldent shut up then leave the room. However most Bosmer aren’t stupid enough to trifle with a drunk nord, or an orc
Orcs : Not that different from the nords however they dislike most of the human races and all of the elf races as the favored race of the daedric god Malacath none violent civilizations are their enemy. They respect the empire but defiantly do not like it. Like said in the nord section the orcs often times take mercenary jobs with the Nords when the nord armies are short a few hundred men, the same holds true for the visa versa.
Redgaurds: Redguards are actually the reason that I decided to comment on this mod. Please forgive me if I sound offesnsive in any way. but simply put unlike the real world the redguards(black people) were never slaves therefore they have no reason to hate the white races. Redgaurds originally were divided into two large groups the desert dwellers these warriors were rebels very much like the ashlanders from morrowind they rejected imperial rule and frequently would wage war against the imperials. However a larger portion of redgaurds were Imperial Redguards the Imperial redguards are in full support of the empire , not only that but they were even willing members of the empire itself. Volunteering themselve to fight in the imperial army. They are well respected warriors throughout the Tamriel and very much accepted in the empire. Many redgaurds hold high positions within the imperial army. So if anything redgaurds are on excellent terms then the empire quite possibly better term then anybody else. As for the redgaurds take on the other races. Redguards dislike the Vanity of the nords, They pride themselves in their mastery of honorable combat. Nords however are barbaric and violent most only fighting for the glory of battle not the honor. Like the nords orcs are violent yet they have more honor and therefore are better respected by the redguard warriors. Bretons, High elves and dark elves are all practitioners of magic. In hammerfell magic is a very much distrusted and hated practice so redguards are known to dislike magic using races. They feel it takes away from the honor of battle. Theya re significantly more tolerable of Bretons then high elves however. So when you break it down stating that Redguard hate all white races and vice versa is simply wrong. To recap, redguards dislike Nords, tolerate Bretons, and like imperials. As for Khajiit and argonians redguards are indifferent to khajiit aside from disliking their thievery. And if I remember correctly redgaurds don’t much like argonians but I don’t remember why that was.
Kahjit/Argonians: Hate each other- (just look at Leyawiin) Kahjit/Bosmer: At war Dunmer/Nord: At war Redguard/Altmer: Redguards hate magic, but Altmer are the most magical Imperials/Beastfolk: Imperials look down on Beastfolk/Dunmer too.

Argolians hate Kajiits the most.
Altmers and Bretons should be switched. As mention by Valen Dreth, Bretons are "stuck up harlots with cheap palor tricks", remember?
Kajiits hate Dumners because of the Black Marsh/Morrowind slave trades.
Imperiors should dislike Nords, Orcs and Kajiits because they are unlawful races.
Redguards dislike Bosmers and Bretons because they are magical races.
Orcs hate all human races except Nords.
That's all. Everything else Jmlovvorn said is perfect.
