In that case you need to correct your material problem.
Either split the object into two pieces (separated by material) and make sure only one material / texture is assigned to each one...or remove the extra material and merge the two different textures into a single image and update your UV map coordinates to use the new combined image.
coffinbag, you are not being very clear. Export cannot create two NIF files. Are talking about it splitting a single object into two NiTriStrips inside the NIF? If so, it does this because of the materials. You probably have two separate textures if this is the case.
Each time I export I get 2 meshes, one white one black and no textures. the information is in the tree it just doesn't show up. I use wings 3d to create the mesh then export it to blender to texture it. I have no idea what the problem is, can anyone help me?
If I can over come this obstacle, I can release all me models with textures in .nif format.

Anyways, in case somebody else reads and wonders the same thing, this is what you'd do:
1. Install Blender and all required software. You can get these files and step-by-step install instructions here on TESNexus. At this time, I recommend downloading the "Blender 2.49b Experimental" download. It is the most current and stable platform.
3. Once you can access the NIF files, simply open Blender, click File, Import, NetImmerse/Gamebryo and pick a NIF in the folder where you extracted the BSA files.
Hi LHammonds, Could you please teach about installing the folders for Obliviondata into Blender properly? If you haven't already? I'll go and look again. Maybe I missed it. Figuring out where the folders go is confusing. But I did get the BSA "out" files into my Nifskope, Yay! With your help. I don't know what to do with it now that I can upload the meshes and textures but at least now I can do that much. Thanks again, LHammonds! Oh, and I endorse this file. I'll do that after I'm finished writing this.
Video completely re-created and uploaded as version 1.1. It is now has crystal-clear image quality and the much sought after voice-over and an additional download format (AVI)
Not exactly a justification since the same can be said for ANY other format. Examples: I do not use quicktime so MOV/MP4 will not work for me. I do not use Flash Player so FLV will not work for me. etc. Why not use Media Player? The privacy settings can be configured to never try dialing home. (can also block via a firewall too...I recommend Comodo Internet Security)
All anyone has to do to view the WMV file is merely double-clicking on it.
MPG format? Well, there are a hundred codecs that can be used to create an MPG file. Not sure which exact one would be most compatible. I think Windows Media player cannot even play any MPG without a 3rd-party codec of some kind.
DVD format? Are you kidding? A 30 MB AVI file could turn into a 1,000 MB file in DVD format. No way!
AVI format? There are probably a thousand codecs for this one which also require 3rd-party software to play. Also not sure which would be most compatible and an uncompressed AVI which could be viewed without 3rd-party software is no solution (see DVD reason).
Not looking for any endorsements but I do intend to correct my mistake. It was a quick fix to answer somebody's question in the Oblivion General forums. Obviously, I have not done enough training videos to crank out anything "quickly" like that. I really should write down the exact procedure to get the best quality videos so I don't have to re-learn the process over-and-over. This is kinda the reason why I write so many tutorials because without them, I end up forgetting...yep, I read my own tutorials from time to time. ">
Actually, a resolution of 1280 x 720 is fantastic resolution (high-def) but the image was resized just a little bit during export which resulted in the text not being easily readable (poor quality to me since it was a goal of the video). I messed up the "original" resolution which caused the poor quality when exported to WMV. I've been doing too many high-def home videos lately which is why I got confused and used HD 720p.
