Everything is OK with this mod but i disliked a thing. Black bars are appears top and bottom of screen when i talk with any NPC. To be honest so disturbed for me. In my opinion there should have been an option to remove them.
to those having trouble with the new compass, if using OMM, have you tried going into the file using something like Paint.net(downloadable application) and making the compass plainly invisible?
Personally, I'm not fond of the compass at all. I tried downloading and installing the NoCompass addon, but the compass is still there. Any suggestions? BTW, the rest of the mod isn't too bad.
I'm only using the compass from this, but I like it. Only one downside, it seems to display only one quest-arrow even if the quest has multiple targets. And it doesn't seem to be the closest target, but probably the first one. Is there anything that can be done about that, either by showing all or just the nearest?
Also, I used the No default compass version, but I had to manually edit it. It was pointing to hud_compass_arrows.dds instead of _arrows.dds like the other file. Changing that made the questmarker show up instead of a random red colored icon (a problem someone else mentioned in this thread)
Hmmm.. This mod has some things I really like, and some things I don't like that much.
What I very much want from this mod is the compass, especially that new graphics compass by Silver Sun aka CSS. I really, just want the compass; it looks awesome!
