This mod is much better vampirism stage 1 to make you stronger when you feed someone.

Can I put this mod compatible with Vampire Feeding Mod I'm sure it works?

I like the idea of this, it's simple and doesn't add anything that clashes with the established lore like some other vampire mods, but couldn't you have set Vampirism 100% as stage one instead of keeping 25% as stage one? It just looks weird having the +20 bonuses in my active effects list, yet it still displays Vampirisim 25%

It's nice having access to the full range of vampiric powers so long as I keep feeding, but they still suck. Couldn't you have beefed up the Reign of Terror a bit? Like change the Demoralize from Lv6 to Lv25. It sucks that the potentially most useful power can't even scare a mudcrab at higher levels. And would it be possible to make it a Lesser Power? Or is it possible to adjust the number of times a Greater Power can be used? Like maybe set them to be used up to five times per day?

Then there's Vampire's Seduction. That should have definitely been a Lesser Power instead of Greater. Maybe add a Calm Lv25 effect to it that would allow you to feed on the target even though they're awake. Or Command Humanoid Lv25 to turn them into your thrall.

Looks intersting. This will be my first time playing Oblivion. And becoming a vampire is something I look forward to. There are several mods out there, some sound quite awesome. But their also full of bugs more often than not. This looks like a nice sensible tweek. That won't break the game down the road. Think it's worth a spin.

Now to just find a good vampire lair somewhere... And one question. Does this do anything about the rather nasty vamp appearance issues I've read about?

Oh, I just read that you've changed the 30 point drain version of the disease to a 5 point drain...

Well, I still get the 30 point drain, which I prefer. I'm actually here to complain that the 30 point drain only happens the first time a character gets infected. After being cured once, contracting the disease again does not trigger the "you suddenly feel weak" messagebox and does not give a full 30 points of drain. I have to deactivate then reactivate the mod to give the disease its full potency again.
I did not realize that it may not be malfunctioning. I haven't tested to see whether a character infected with the lesser disease still develops full blown vampirism2.0

works pretty good. only glitches are, when your vamp lvl is 100 you dont receive any sun damage at all. i also keeping getting those dreams after i feed and go down a lvl later.

does this mod make npc vampires weaken over time?
Or does it just effect the pc?

Debuffing, you're saying, when out in the sun. Now that's a good idea, I will look into that.

So you can be out in the sun, but are weak enough that you pretty much have to avoid everything. I like that.

I have always agreed with the mods that make your vampire powers increase as you feed more. This is far more in line with established mythology than the vanilla vampires who get stronger as they get LESS nourishiment. The only thing I think Bethesda did get right was the "feeding stops sun damage" mechanic. I do understand their reasoning, i.e. the more you feed the more "humanity" you ingest and the less vampiric you become, but I still don't like it. Personally, I'd like to see the kind of traditional vampirism where the sun mostly just weakens you instead of doing constant damage. Your stat boosts to abilities and skills would go first, with vampiric powers finally diminishing at full sun exposure (a clear sky at noon). Starvation, on the other hand, would affect your special RESISTANCES a good deal. At the final starvation level I'd say 75% of resistance would be gone.

    Thanks for the feedback guys!

Something to keep in mind when posting suggestions; ideally, it should not matter (in the long run) whether you are a vampire or not. Vanilla Oblivion vampirism makes it out to be a disease to avoid, but I don't want to go the opposite direction and make it stupid NOT to be a vampire. There needs to be a balance. Vampirism should not be an easier or a harder playing mode, it should only be a viable alternative.
