I used this mod for a few days & thought it was great, but it takes up 2 load order spots (esm & esp) and I'm at the max, so I got rid of it & just use the Wrye Bash tweak to set the timescale to 20 (don't forget to set All Natural's ini setting to let it know you changed the timescale, otherwise clouds will move way too fast.) Also when using it I noticed there's a huge lag when saving a game; takes 4-5 times as long as it ever did before. I'm using an SSD, so that should never happen. I have no idea if this mod caused that, since I installed a couple other mods at the same time as this one.
This is a well written mod with carefully thought through logic. (Endorsed). One problem - maybe it's impossible to avoid - is that the speed affects ripples. If you walk near water in the wilderness the ripples go hyper and as soon as you stop to look at the scenery they go into slow motion. I don't know if it is the same with the other timescale mods.
I want to echo rastagansta and AcerMore below - this is a fanstastic mod that "just works". Googled for "dynamic timescale" almost immediately after I first modded Oblivion and have been using this ever since with no issues.
Been using this mod now for a little over 4 months and 100+ game hours with a moderately modded game (a little over 100 not including apparel mods). Mod does everything a timescale mod should. Easily tailored to fit one's needs via ini. Running with Weather All Natural and Animated Windows Lighting System and have noticed no issues. Weather transitions as expected. Windows light up when they are supposed to. I haven't yet completed all the quests with this mod running, but have yet to run into any issues with the quests I have finished. Great mod. An almost must have mod if you like using immersive "Needs" type mods.
That's a really good idea. I virtually never fast travel, but if you do I'm glad to release a version including this fix more or less as you suggest, with some other tuned bits and pieces.
I can only offer you a guess on that since I don't use deadly reflexes; the slow motion mods I'm aware of (stutter remover - which I do use) work by using obse voodoo to slow the game engine (and everything in it) down.
Since I use only construction set scripts rather I'll go so far as to speculate that it probably will work just fine (like it does with stutter remover), but I'm afraid if noone else can comment from direct experience you'll just have to see for yourself.

The Green Emperors Way seems to be recognized as wilderness by the mod, otherwise working perfect
Thanks for the endorsement.
