   I use the above mod for fallout 3, it is a great mod, and the controls work excellently, maybe you could adapt this mod to be simular. But this sounds great, gonna download and try it out.

    IsKeyPressed - Uses standard windows key codes.
    IsKeyPressed3 - Uses DX scancodes.
    IsKeyPressed != IsKeyPressed3
