WARNING! This mod contains dirty edits in the form of identical to master files and deleted references. This mod should be cleaned with TES4EDIT or TES5EDIT (same tool), to prevent crashes or other possible problems which may be caused by these dirty edits.

I must be an idiot. I can never get these to work. This one, Nerussa the Wine Collector, is suppose to be reallt simple. But I couldn't get it to work. I down loaded it into to data file under Oblivion. But when I turn on Oblivion, and go to the data Files it's not there. What am I doing wrong?
Open the file with winzip, winrar, or 7-zip. Extract the files into your data folder. Run the launcher. Check the box next to Nerussa the Wine Collector and play!
