Hello, please can I have more details of this project? Once the Battle of Kvatch is won, what happens? Is it a quest line to rebuild Kvatch? Is it just magically repaired? How does the MOD work?

The prettiest Kvatch Mod I have seen, it is a shame it was never finished. The other mods all seem to have broken quests that keep me from ever getting it rebuilt.
when it says 'not compatible with breaking the siege of kvatch' it means because the layout has changed you can no longer do the quest properly right? so what, if i was starting a new game i would just disable after saving martin, do quest, re-enable right? nothing breaks and i still get fancy kvatch cuirass? or does it mean something else?
