The shop is located at the IC waterfront. It is the last building to the left looking as all of them from the front. To get the keys to the shop just pickpocket anyone inside.

The house is a little more difficult to get to. The front door is locked and the key is inside the house. I will give you a hint though. Look inside the shop basement. If you do find the house it is pretty cool. There are some items that are unavailable unless you download this mod. Just pickpocket the servant for the keys. There are also chests to store your items, a display case to store some of your favorite items, and your servant will sell you some great items. She will also repair your weapons, train you athletics, and recharge your weapons armor and staffs.

The most important part of the house is the basement. There are two basements, one has nothing in it, one has something more rewarding. The keys to the basement are hidden in the house. Once inside the correct basement and you have gone down to its second floor you will find a locked tressure room. To get in there you have to go into the door next to the tressure room door, kill all those monsters, go through the next door, kill that monster, and take the tressure room key off him. Access to the tressure room is worth it though, especialy since the chests respawn the items inside!!




The basement keys are upstairs. One in the weapons chest and one is the armor chest.
