i like the idea of this mod, if i may make a suggestion, if tax is missed, or rent is missed, instead of a bounty a late fee is added like 20%. also maybe you could add something like a deposit box to add money to so tax/rent is paid when due automatically, incase someone's busy when tax/rent is due like if they're in oblivion plane. I'm also a little wery to install this since I have open cities installed and this might conflict with it since the worldspace gets changed around.
Is the manor included in this mod? I did the quest but now the place just creeps me out. Yes, I can ignore it but it would be nice to rent it out instead.
I also thought, as posted by s.o. before, this would give an option to rent out the buyable houses in the game generating a nice income to the player. It would have been a must have for any upperclass money rakin player character!
Sadly this mod does the opposite and so it is somewhat useless to me as i own my personally modded domicil in the game.
But maybe you or s.o. else gets inspired in coding such thingy. In any case your mod is a beginning and i'll keep it in my watch list, for it's a really good idea to make the buyable houses object of trade.
Enabling the re-renting for good reason on some of the houses. Introducing the need for property maintenenace as well as damage to property if not carried out.
Buying some of the non-used abandoned properties for renovation and renting out.
Ah yes. I remember your suggestion, Benrahir. I know there is an edit button on this site. V1.01 was previously removed for other reasons. Not because of the update. And to be honest, I'm really not interested in adding that feature to this mod. ">
Er, you know, you don't have to erase a mod and create one new every time you update it on TesNexus....there's an "Edit" button and "Manege files" option...
I posted a suggestion too, that has been erased. It was a petition to rent (or hire) YOUR houses to random generated NPC's, so you could get income from their rent (as a propietary of the house/s as you are).
Congrats on this mod! I just made this suggestion a week or so ago. As soon as I figure out how to dl mods without messing up my current game, I'm going to give this a try. Kudos!
