This patch isn't necessary. Perhaps when it was originally created it was, but Oblivion XP has had OOO support built right in for quite a while. I have just released an update to Oblivion XP, in fact. I confirmed with the current OOO team that all the quests were supported with version 4.1.5 of Oblivion XP.
The original Oblivion XP is a wonderful mod. I was excited to see that there was one for OOO. I was less excited to see that when I started a new game Oblivion XP for OOO causes Oblivion XP to break, if that makes sense. Let me explain. Start a new game, Oblivion XP initializes and keeps giving me exp for no reason. There is the clicking sound that accompanies the addition of exp. Now, I went into Bash, did not load Oblivion XP - OOO.esp, problem solved. Is there something that I am overlooking?
If this gets fixed, I am sure there is going to be a 10/10 for this mod.
