The mod is a modification of Beer_Inebriation by PersianPaladin(based on Lap's Inebriation and Tarnsman's BEER! for Oblivion). Since Tarnsman's beers have been integrated in cobl, using the original Beer_Inebriation with cobl results in having duplicate beers in your game. One added by cobl (without inebriation effect) and one added by Beer_Inebriation (with inebriation effect). This version removes this inconsistency, adds inebriation effect to Morrowind Drinks and tweaks the original Beer_Inebriation a bit.
