hi
This mod will rebuilt the old abandoned house in cheydinhal
i have already made the basement and the house and added some flowers outside later on i will also make the house look nicer on the outside.
now its also completely safe to store your things in the house
you dont need anything for this mod
i have taken some screenshots but i dont know how to put them in

known issues and bugs

there is one little issue its with the "food barrel" now some barrels in the house will have the same name
and the same things in it im trying to fix it

added some small things and i have added a place in the basement for alchemists its nothing unique or special just a table with a lectern
and some ingredients. i have also putted some paintings up in the house i have not added anything on the outside maybe in the new version i will focus a little more on the outside

nothing in the house respawns now so its completely safe to store your things in the house and i have also changed the alchemy table so now it doesnt block the way down to the Dark brotherhood sanctuary
before there was also a bug in the basement with the drawer that if you jump on it you will think to the knees but now its fixed i hope

i have also changed the name of a barrel in the cellar to food barrel
WARNING!:
the food barrel respawns!

i have listened to DAVIDINTEL and i have moved the barrels and crates in the basement so now it should be more easy to sit on the chair
