I am not able to get this mod to work in conjuction With (among other) Elsweyr Anequina, Better Cities, Tamriel Heightmaps, TWMP Summerset landscapes, Sutch Reborn and Fort Akatosh at all. Doesn't matter where I put it in the load order - when fast-travelling to Stirk, I end up way underwater in deep water, and if hacking With the console to get invulnerable, all I see when finally surfacing is a ship and a chapel and lots of People floating in mid-air. I've reinstalled twice, no go... Is this mod simply not compatible? If so maybe a warning should be posted in the description?
This mod is unplayable. The entire external world space is gone, replaced by a black screen and a popup that says "you cannot go that way. turn back." and i get sent back to wherever i was before I tried to leave. I would appreciate a fix.
That doesn't solve the problem. I am playing with Borderless Cyrodiil and Fast Travel doesn't work. My world space ist okay, but eyerytime I try fast travel the message appears.
@Xaquaira The best way to disable borders is editing directly your .ini file, using mods for doing this (like Borderless Cyrodiil) can create problems...
Other mods like Elsweyr or Black Marsh work fine with it. Had this problem only with two mods, this one and TWMP Hammerfell, where Stirk is included. Furthermore the border of this Hammerfell is not correctly configured, so at last I decided to play without it.
Given that the Magnificent isn't working, if you really want to get there by ship, I think you'd better install this (imho) wonderful mod: Side's Sailing Ships. It puts a shipyard south-east of Anvil, and you can choose from many different ships, all of them sailable.
Can't travel to Stirk from the Anvil docks, get the load-screen, then the black screen, then I'm back to Anvil. The teleport spell doesn't appear in my spellbook. Also, the LODs don't work either. I'm guessing there's some mod conflict at hand, but I can't understand what it is or why. :(
It's not bad, but it's not Tamriel Rebuilt quality-wise. You won't miss much. Good for ambiance, but the place is so detached from Cyrodiil I probably won't keep this.
Stirk is better than not bad. And bad is an appropriate adjective for some of the older (Telvannis) TR stuff, mainly the writing from what I've played.
EDIT: Hahahahaha I'm on Oblvion nexus, not Morrowind.

You can travel to Stirk if you install amod called TWMP Hammerfell. Well, that means that you will have to install all the mods that TWMP Hammerfell requires.
Aside from using the console to center on cell your way there, not to my knowledge. The console isn't something I would recommend using often as it can break your game (probably more so with Skyrim) depending on usage. You can use a mark and recall mod but you would still have to get there in order to use the spell.
I cannot give you another "kudos" FireTehVehu so I just want to thank you for finding that file to make adding this to my game in an elegant way. Thank you very much
But why should you want to take these difficult paths, like installing TWMP et al., or extra spell mods, if there's a regular ship for passengers to Stirk? If I remember correctly, some mods move it outside the port, to the cove just north of Anvil, but easy to find. Just make sure you have disabled borders in Oblivion.ini (change bBorderRegionsEnabled=1 to bBorderRegionsEnabled=0) and the ESM file loads directly after the Oblivion.ESM file.
The very page you linked to says that the ship ride to Stirk is notorious for not working. Oh, and there's apparently a severe graphical glitch associated with it too.
The environnement and the NPCs are good. A lot of fetch quests (sometimes literally), two NPCs died and were hidden in static objects, and I needed to use enableplayercontrols in the command line at the end of "The Ballad of Jean and Mori".
The teleportation spell doesn't work for me (Load Screen, then I am still in Anvil). I can move with MoveTo to the two markers (Anvil and Stirk), so I don't see why the spell doesn't work.

TR Team might consider to stick this comment.
The mod conflicts with Ultimate Landscape - Cliffs of Anvil though, but there's a patch here.

the last file in the list; it simply removes completely the ship and moves on the docks the guy that should bring you to Stirk
